Foundation and Early Stage (2000 - 2004)

- In 2000, Tianjin Jinghai Youfa Industrial and Trade Co.,LTD was established. In 2002, the company leased and operated "Fu Guo Steel Pipe" and merged with Hua You Steel Pipe, changing its name to "Tianjin Youfa Steel Pipe Co., Ltd." Meanwhile, it leased "Jin Meng Galvanizing" and established "Tianjin Youcheng Galvanized Steel Pipe Co., Ltd.," formally entering the hot-dip galvanized steel pipe industry.

- In 2004, the company was renamed "Tianjin Youfa Steel Pipe Group Co., Ltd.," determining the group management framework, and established "Tianjin Youlian Spiral Steel Pipe Co., Ltd." to enter the spiral steel pipe industry.

Growth and Expansion Stage (2005 - 2010)

- In 2005, the "Youfa" brand hot-dip galvanized steel pipe was rated as the first batch of "National Inspection-free Products" by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China. The "Youfa" brand steel pipe was named one of the "Top Ten Famous and Excellent Brands of Chinese Steel Pipes." The group acquired the original Tangshan Fengnan Yinfeng Welded Pipe Factory and established "Tangshan Youfa Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd.," expanding outside Tianjin.

- In 2006, the group's total sales revenue exceeded 10 billion yuan for the first time, reaching 12.2 billion yuan, and it entered the top 500 Chinese enterprises and the top 500 Chinese manufacturing enterprises for the first time, with its welded steel pipe production and sales ranking first in the country.

- In 2008, the "Youfa" trademark was recognized as a "Well-known Trademark in China" by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

- In 2009, "Tangshan Zhengyuan Pipe Industry Co., Ltd." was established in Fengnan, Tangshan, and the group acquired Boying Steel Pipe and established "Tianjin Youfa Dezhong Steel Pipe Co., Ltd.," entering the square and rectangular pipe industry.

- In 2010, Youfa Group was divided into the "Steel Pipe Sector" and the "Steel Sector." Li Maojin became the chairman of Youfa Steel Pipe Group. Tangshan Zhengyuan Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. was officially put into production, and "Handan Youfa Steel Pipe Co., Ltd." was established.

Transformation and Upgrading Stage (2011 - 2020)

- In 2011, Youfa Group initiated the IPO plan and carried out shareholding system reform, establishing "Tianjin Youfa Steel Pipe Group Co., Ltd.".

- In 2015, Youfa Steel Pipe's annual output exceeded 10 million tons for the first time, becoming the world's only Chinese welded steel pipe manufacturing enterprise with an annual output of 10 million tons.

- In 2016, the new national standard GB/T 3091 - 2015 "Welded Steel Pipes for Low Pressure Fluid Conveyance" led by Youfa was officially promulgated and implemented.

- In 2017, as a listed fundraising project of Youfa Group, "Shaanxi Youfa Steel Pipe Co., Ltd." was officially established.

- In 2019, Youfa Group was recognized as a "National Manufacturing Individual Champion Demonstration Enterprise (Welded Steel Pipe)".

- In 2020, Youfa Group passed the initial public offering (IPO) review by the CSRC Issuance Review Committee on September 17th and was listed on the main board of Shanghai Stock Exchange on December 4th.

Diversified Development Stage (2021 - Present)

- In 2021, Youfa Steel Pipe Creative Park was rated as a national AAA-level tourist scenic spot.

- In 2022, the group's steel pipe output exceeded 20 million tons for the first time.

- In 2023, all of Youfa Group's hot-dip galvanized round pipe production enterprises were included in the list of the "First Batch of Enterprises Complying with GB/T 3091 National Standard".

- In 2024, "Yunnan Youfa Fangyuan Pipe Industry Co., Ltd." was established and officially put into operation.

According to the information from the financial sector in July 2024, Youfa Group has achieved a market share of 35% in hot-dip galvanized round pipes and over 20% in the welded steel pipe industry.
