| urgent to get the price, please inform us in email so that we will regard your inquiry priority. | |

| How can I get a sample to check your quality? | |
| After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. | |
| we will provide you the sample for free, however we could only make sure the same material, the | |
| dimension will be much similar as your request but not same. And customer should afford the | |
| charge of shipment. | |

| How long can I expect to get the sample? | |
| The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. | |
| You can use your own consignee account or prepay us if you do not have an account. | |

| Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. | |

| What is the Small Qty Process Charge. | |
| It is the payment for customer whose order qty is less then Min Order Qty. Because small qty of | |
| products should be processed same in the production flow as big qty and the average cost would | |
| get much higher than big ones. So there is a small Qty Process Charge to ensure the profit of our | |
| factory and usually the amount of it is about $250.00 | |
